A Warm Welcome to the Copyright Hub

Very good to see that the Copyright Hub, the new database designed to simplify copyright licensing which Richard Hooper and Ros Lynch have been working on with the co-operation of all the creative industries and rights holders, is up and running at <a title="Copyright Hub" href="http://copyrighthub.co.uk">www.copyrighthub.co.uk</a> What a contrast to the way the IPO has gone about adding new exceptions to copyright! Rather than rush into agreeing the new exceptions-for parody, education etc we should see how the Hub works in obviating the need for new exceptions.
